The opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager based in the Nottingham office of this large M&E contractor has arisen. The office is relatively small compared to other branches of this contractor, but provides the opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to further their career in a large organisation.
The contractor targets projects between £500k to £1.5million in average value and tend to focus on the commercial and industrial sectors. The majority of their projects are design and build orientated.
The role is to manage the project installations of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems into these buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly employed and sub-contract staff on site. It is also their responsibility to liaise with both their Contract * Operations Manager and their clients, regularly reporting on the progress of the mechanical aspects of the projects.
